My stay at Regency Inn & Suites in Downey, California was convenient for my travels from LAX to Joshua Tree National Park and the Grand Canyon. The rooms were clean but had a strong odor, particularly of urine and mildew. The service was unhelpful and rude due to thin walls, affecting my overall experience negatively. The location was good, close to the 105 freeway for easy commuting, although the towel stain policy was off-putting. The dining options were basic, with simple offerings like bread and jam, lacking variety. Despite some drawbacks, the grounds were well-kept, enhancing the overall ambiance.
